TRAGEDY HITS COTE D' IVOIRE CAMP

The Ivorian camp was thrown into deep mourning following the announcement of the younger brother of Kolo and Yaya Toure on Thursday afternoon, just before Côte d’Ivoire faced Colombia.
The deceased is Oyala Ibrahim Toure, who like his elder siblings, was a footballer. He reportedly passed away in Manchester, England.

Oyala played as a forward for Safa Beirut, having also represented the likes of Metalurh Donetsk in Ukraine, Nice in France and Al Ittihad Aleppo in Syria, with whom he won the AFC Cup in 2010.
The Ivorian Football Federation expressed its sadness in a statement on its website. “In these painful circumstances, the players of the Côte d’Ivoire national team and the entire Ivorian delegation present in Brazil offer their compassion to the Toure brothers. The FIF President and the executive committee ask Ivorians to unite in prayer for the rest of the soul of the departed.”  way Cameroon was ousted from the World Cup was very disgusting.
“So far, no African country has qualified for the second round at the tournament. I’m hoping that by the grace of God, the Super Eagles of Nigeria would save Africa from this shame.
